Peace of Mind Is Possible
Training in Dharma, or Buddha’s teachings, is a method for discovering which parts of our mind bring peace and which bring problems, fears, and anxiety. Buddha called the latter delusions, because their only function is to cause suffering. In this series of classes learn to see the various mental habits that we’ve come to rely on, and check for yourself to see what works and what can be abandoned. Plus, learn some new ways of thinking that will change how you see yourself and the world around you.
