A Strategy for Change

Training in Dharma, or Buddha’s teachings, is a method for discovering which parts of our mind bring peace and which bring problems, fears, and anxiety. Buddha called the latter delusions, because their only function is to cause suffering.
In this series of classes learn to see the various mental habits that we’ve come to rely on, and check for yourself to see what works and what can be abandoned. Plus, learn some new ways of thinking that will change how you see yourself and the world around you.

The Art of Transforming Adverse Conditions

The ancient Lojong (Training the Mind) practitioners transformed their every day difficulties, pain, and challenging conditions into an inner pathway to peace and happiness. We can learn to do the same. By training our mind in meditation practice, we can learn to use everything in our daily life as fuel for developing mental strength, compassion and wisdom. Then, no matter what occurs - we develop and maintain a special experience of inner peace, mental flexibility, and happiness.
