CREATE MENTAL SPACE

“By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind regardless of the external circumstance. Gradually we develop mental equilibrium, a balanced mind that is happy all the time.”

Overcoming Everyday Unhappiness through Meditation

All of us have to face unwanted situations in our lives. It is very easy to react to these situations by feeling overwhelmed, stressed, upset or angry. Problems arise only if we respond to unwanted situations with a negative state of mind. Therefore, if we want to be happy all the time and to be free from problems, we must develop and maintain a peaceful mind. In this series, we’ll explore some practical techniques that will enable us to learn how to respond to everyday difficulties with a calm and positive mind.

These classes are suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. Everyone is welcome.
