Staying Positive No Matter What Happens

Training the mind with meditation requires a consistent practice. Using our everyday experiences is a skillful way to accomplish this consistency. In this series we’ll use our everyday difficulties as reminders to train our mind. What we can then experience is a steady strengthening of patience that will deepen our ability to remain positive and confident.

These classes are suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. Everyone is welcome.

Regular meditation practice is an important part of caring for ourselves and others. Come enjoy gentle guided meditations to calm your body and mind. Our experienced teacher will guide you as you learn to focus your mind. Then, gradually your distractions will subside and you’ll experience a sense of inner peace and relaxation. Your mind will feel lucid, spacious and refreshed!

​Meditation is a method to make our mind calm and peaceful. When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within. In this class you will learn how to have a daily meditation practice, tools to overcome difficult states of mind, and methods to calm mental busyness and stress. Everyone is welcome.
